Scott – Head of People and Programmes

Scott started working with PEEK in early 2020. He has a degree in Outdoor Education and started his career delivering personal and social development courses in the outdoor environment with the charity Fairbridge. He soon moved into management and has since held senior roles with both Fairbridge and latterly The Prince’s Trust. He is passionate about learning and development, especially in the outdoors, but most of all he loves to see young people achieve all that they possibly can. Scott’s role within PEEK supports our team, management and programmes including PEEK Play, Create, Thrive and Wellbeing.
