Mollie – Lead Play Ranger

Mollie first joined PEEK in 2019 as a Sessional Worker and is now a full-time Lead Play Ranger within our team where she provides inclusive, fun, creative play opportunities for children and young people. Before joining PEEK, Mollie was a member of the ‘Carnival Clan’ for many years where she developed and delivered structured children’s art projects. During this time, she became a member of the Moniaive Initiative as a Youth Coordinator and input her say about the youth events within the village. From then Mollie studied abroad for a year in Zaragoza, Spain. While studying, she worked at the UK School in Zaragoza, delivering art workshops and running private English lessons for various families in the area. Mollie holds a HNC in Childhood Practice and a BA (Hons) in Education and Social Services. Her degree allowed her to explore topics around societal issues, community development and the importance of partnership working.
