During these seventeen years, we have:
  • Gained charitable status, become a company limited by guarantee and changed our name to PEEK – Possibilities East End Kids and then to PEEK- Possibilities For Each and Every Kid
  • Expanded our remit in terms of geography and age (we now work with children and young people from 0 – 25 throughout the East and North of Glasgow)
  • Grown our staff team (we now employ 20 members of staff supported by a bank sessional staff and over 40 volunteers) and invested time and energy in developing their skills and abilities
  • Secured and managed over £2.5 million of grants and donations from our funders and supporters to help achieve successful outcomes for many children and young people
  • Made positive and effective contributions to a range of local partnerships and networks
  • Have achieved our Investors in People Award, ISO9001, Volunteer Friendly Award and Legacy Branding 2014.
  • Built a strong board of directors including joint staff and board sub groups.
